There was no milk but we ate very well! We are accustomed to the Josaphat park and have therefore followed the construction work of the new Laiterie from the beginning. As everyone we were eager to see open such a place in the heart of the park.
The exterior architecture of the place is peculiar, in Corten steel, which gives a lot of cachet to the building, with a downside all the same because it gives it a somewhat austere aspect when the restaurant is closed.
But despite our impatience, we had not yet had time to go since the opening! Well we are delighted to have taken the time this week.
The terrace was open, the interior was arranged in a rather warm way, which foreshadows good times when the cold and rain will return.
Especially, we ate very well! A salted waffle with leeks garnished with poached eggs for Sabrina, a salad Med Veg for me (quinoa, olives, onions, feta, etc…), all accompanied by a glass of organic white wine really well. Very good and served quickly!
According to some comments on their Facebook page, the beginnings were a little difficult but, as far as we are concerned, the shortcomings of youth were well corrected.
They also organize a lot of events including the Aperitifs Jazz on Fridays and Saturdays evenings that look tempting. We will return!
