Herbs and spices at Dailly

In this beginning of 2019, if you need a good remedy detox … rediscover this article!

New discovery this weekend in the neighborhood Dailly: “Sanjivani”. You already know? It is Traditional and Ayurvedic herbalism located on Coosemans Street, in the Dailly district. Not knowing much about herbalism or Ayurvedic medicine, we went with a rather curious mind. And we came out with some shopping and the feeling of having discovered again an interesting place in Schaerbeek!

The shop offers only organic products, and an incredible amount of spices and herbs that are weighed and combined on the spot to prepare herbal teas that meet your specific needs (against addiction, energizing, etc.). We found the welcome very friendly and the tips valuable.

Another interesting point: the basement of the shop is used for Ayurvedic treatments and massages. We haven’t tried it yet but it won’t be long… (You will find all the details on their site).

And by the way, the herbal tea of the month is the “boost of the immune system”. Next month’s theme: “Seasonal Depression”.

As from the spring they will organize workshops to learn the use of spices in Ayurvedic cuisine (by the way, a little reading advice on this theme: “Le Cuisinier” by Martin Suter), and the preparation of skincare creams based on natural products.

Anyway, a nice new place in the neighbourhood!

They also have a Facebook page.
